1972 Chinese Junk 52'
"Chris Wickum" is an authentic Chinese junk built in 1972 in Kowloon China (Hong Kong) and is currently berthed in Jack London Square (Oakland, California.) Fred Anderson Boat Works painstakingly re-built this magnificent vessel over a four year period. The hull and cabin are built entirely with teakwood.
Jack D. Scullion Yacht Services replaced all of the electrical and plumbing systems. The engine is a Caterpillar 3160 which was completely rebuilt. The entire project was completed in 2005 and has been meticulously maintained ever since.
This is a rare opportunity to own one of the most unique vessels on the bay. She can be used for entertaining clients, or just cruising the bay and delta. The queen sized bed in the master stateroom, flat screen TV, 4 electric heaters, and full galley make this boat perfect to live aboard.
The asking price has been dramatically reduced from $375,000.00 to $230,000.00.
